I'm on an HR leadership training and it's so cringey it hurts. I've probably sat through this same training about six different times at different companies.

I'm counting down the minutes until this ends. I've more than once turned off my camera and faked an IT emergency that needed my attention right away.

Also “Miming” dance meaning the manager does a dance and we’re supposed to copy it.

I remember there was one time I went to a district meeting for my job and we had a team building exercise where we listened to Miley Cyrus’s “The climb” and did mining dances in front of everyone.
Didn’t participate for obvious reasons.
