If we want to know if the Fourteenth Amendment prohibits TFG from running for president as an insurrectionist, there's an easy way to find out.
Put a resolution exempting TFG from the operation of the 14th Amendment, Section 3 (as provided for in the amendment itself) up for a vote in both Houses of Congress.
If he doesn't get a 2/3 vote in both Houses for exemption, he's not allowed to run.
