nope. sleep still isn't in the cards for me. my brain is so out of wack, fixating on things going wrong or imposter syndrome or whatever. while I'm sure jetlag is still an issue, it doesn't explain everything.
@ACG2 I’m wondering if naps aren’t counterproductive. If I just stay up 24 hours, that could be a hard reset, right? Doesn’t deal with my 😈 but it could be a start.
