I overdid it Friday, I ate to little, rode a bus ( anxiety inducing ), painted until dinner, got stressed cause I stayed to long so I rushed to subway were my friend waited, bus again, ate the food and then wanted to help another friend groceryshop. π I have to be more careful since I'm still recovering from burnout, and being autistic complicates things further. It's annoying when your heart wants more than the body can handle, I hope I'll feel better Monday. I can feel longtime fatigue hitting
