Salmon, honey+pepper+garlic glaze on bed of spinach with tamarind rice. Topped with left over tabouli. Yummy!
@TomeReader Not a real recipe- tamarind paste and curry leaves, garlic diced and browned in butter to make the tamarind part. Added red chilli powder, salt and black pepper and water, brought to boil. Finally, mixed it in with day old rice. Tangy/sour/sweet flavor.
