Some of you might've read my recent post about trying to teach my cat to shake hands:

And a subset of you might've wondered "wtf why hadn't there been any news on this important issue?"
So, there are a couple of reasons.
1) I'd been drinking when I came up with that idea, and it seemed kinda stupid in the cold and slightly hungover light of day
2) with the benefit of hindsight and sobriety, I think it's be far more beneficial to teach my cat a bit of Makaton instead.
@evistre I got store-brand Dreamies equivalents, hopefully that's a start, right?
@66ALW99 The clicker is the important part, all that matters for the treat is that it's high-value for your kitties :)
