I was planning to do a curry Friday night, only I was so tired that I fell asleep without making dinner.
On the plus side, this means that the chicken I was marinading for a planned curry has had an extra night to achieve awesomeness. I'm about to experience that tonight 😁
@66ALW99 Back when I used to use TVP (it was the only meat alternative around back then and resembled dried dog food), whatever I used it in, I made sure to make extra as it always tasted better the following day. These days, it is a rare occasion if I cook anything and manage to not scoff the leftovers before bedtime. 😁
