Today, for the very first time, I have tried PICKLING πŸ˜ƒ

And I also found out that bruised garlic turns BLUE around the bruised bits when boiled in apple cider vinegar! I'd have tried it sooner if I'd known, that's so cool

@MoreMeesThanMee Sorry, only just seen this - yep, it's chilli. There's garlic cloves, chilli, black peppercorns and dill in it. πŸ™‚

@MoreMeesThanMee I have. I've eaten loads. I took a pic for someone, though I subsequently found out they're some kind of olive-hating weirdo.

@66ALW99 It looks very colourful too! I don't mind people who don't like olives because it just means more olives for the rest of us!😁 I read something about making tea from olive leaves, which is meant to be even healthier than the olives. When I get back to London, I'm going straight to the garden because there's an olive tree in it. Going to try brewing some!
