I hope he can. He is a physicist rather than a bioengineer. I worked in an acute care inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The quality of life that a cure for SCI’s would provide is - everything. Autonomy. The flip side is he doubled the cost of Starlink to Ukraine and made twitter more dense sewer water. I think this particular claim is a stretch at best.
