Question for my CoSo people who have dealt with, or are dealing with the pause. Do/did you get soaking night sweats every single night during the change?

@misslovelymess Am in the midst of it and mine seem to come in waves. Terrible for a week or two, then they ease up for a while, then back to terrible.
@1ofthesarahs I think might also be this progestin hormone med he put me on. It is listed as one of the side effects. I'm also feeling so tired all the time, so I'm going to stop taking it and see if it gets better.
