As usual, 2 days after a major physical activity, I'm sore.
But it's a good sore.

@Museek - only thing was the near complete lack of wildlife sightings.
I only heard 1 bird early in the morning. But since I was with 14 people, 8 of them teenagers, the ruckus would have been enough to scare most animals away.
