@Reincarnation_4 - I highly encourage you to bring the sword and brandish it threateningly during every meeting. And if the meeting could have been an email, please use it any easy you see fit.
As for meeting timing... Sorry, 7am-4pm Eastern only. You can go in my stead after 4pm and lay waste to all other attendees, however.
