@0x56 I see the unlimited data coming to an end with-in 10 years max.
The younger consumer is much more aware of how they are a commodity.
That said I also believe while they will have more control, they will willing give it for access.
@davidcoley - I'm not so sure.. look at the IG accounts - I have a niece with one and it's all selfies with recognizable brands/landmarks - something FB and Google can relatively easily monetize.
@davidcoley - I see the former happening, but I don't see full stack ownership really happening anytime in the next 25 years.
@0x56 The internet is 30 years old today. What we see on it is mostly about 15 years old. Most cross-data is only 10 years old as Big Data begins to get more pull.
With the AI and NL and ML work, the problem will just get worse.
@0x56 What's going to happen is the governments will pull back on what they are allowed to cross between companies without approval or payments.
the EU already has some heavy regs that are expected to get heavier. There is also talk of pushing for changes between Full Stack ownership of both Product and Data.
