Chrome won't delete google cookies when you ask to "delete all"
TBH, I haven't tested this (I don't do "nuke all" with my cookies) But if it's true, it's pretty damning.

How else would they be able to track those who don't want to be tracked

and i always clear my cookies after updates all were nuked on my chromebook
I'm not understanding the criticism of Duck Duck Go?
I've been using it for a few years and it seems to find everything I'm looking for.
so, yeah, I just tested this with my cookie editor extension - can't delete all of them. I can delete most of them and they don't immediately come back... I don't know what that really means tho.
