It ain't easy being me. Every day I whirl my dervish around, tryna keep my email, phone, and 'pooters' protected from bots and spam attacks, to no avail.
I'm exhausted, completely spun down concentric circles in the effort it takes..
Anybody got any tips to manage it all?
@zoidette What exactly are you having issues with per say? Like if phone calls and spam set the phone to only allow calls from contacts.
@MrGoat That is an excellent idea! I guess I kept them all intact, because I think one day I will set up shop as an individual provider, i dunno.

I have been using GlassWire on my phone, but I don't know how to use VPN on my internet router, and I just don't have much time to devote to getting up at sped, tech wise. And I don't really wanna buy a router right now either, even 'tho I mebbe should.
I just have multiple parallel dumpster fires in my life atm...

@LnzyHou technically I didn't really walk much, due to SCI and pain. I walked in short spurts 'tho... still quite cathartic, overall.
@zoidette Well for one - use a firewall like zonealarm it's free. Also run a botscan tool like Malwarebytes and also Spybot Search & Destroy. .
