I am looking at three places: London Ontario, Cape Breton, and Toronto which I hear is a lot like Philly. My mother-in-law was Canadian so we have an in.
@zacnewman I have heard Toronto is a great place to live. Apparently, as long as you have some retirement savings and aren’t relying on the Canadian government, they will let you in.
