Waste heat. Not yet a problem, but it will be a big one in a century or two. It's completely separate from the carbon problem. We could use some of that global warming in California USA right now.
But seriously, waste heat is wasted power and with energy costs going up, the practical thing to do is capture it and convert it to a usable form like electricity, hydrogen, or simply water heating. So, yes, I'm all for it.
