If you can boil water to make steam and you can freeze water to make ice, is it possible to freeze steam?

@Darthbonn I spent several winters in the Midwest, farther north than some parts of Canada. I promise you, steam can freeze.
@Darthbonn It kind of hangs in the air for a second and then drifts down, so I guess it is like frost.
I'll never forget having it explained to me that "snot-freezing cold" could be literal. The next winter, I knew what was happening when my nostrils went stiff.
@weirdfizz Interesting! And yep I know the feeling lol. It’s been mild here so far but it’s only December. February is usually the worst month. It’s the shortest one but feels like the longest. Just brutal.
@weirdfizz I’m in Canada myself but I don’t know if I’ve ever witnessed steam freezing. Would it be like frost? The worst is when your eyelashes freeze ugh
