MSM has no idea we exist because there's little, if any, hate speech here; the site mod isn't a whiny, egotistical neo-Nazi man baby; no CoSoNaut has gone on a shooting rampage after posting a right-wing manifesto here; and nobody here has shared nuclear secrets. @POOetryma I'd have thought the grey hat Jester story would be compelling. But then I suppose if the media ran with that, they'd be consumed with trying to discover his identity. And if he were unmasked then it could be a race between Jihadists and the Kremlin to take revenge on him.😥
Another barrier to growth is in fact a good thing: no algorithm. So it's much harder, maybe impossible, for a famous person to build a huge following. Which is for them the purpose of social media.
