The republican disfunction in the House continues. After a day spent voting on a new candidate the agreed upon candidate has already been torpedoed. It's looking like the only candidate who won't be killed by the freedom caucus will be from the freedom caucus.

It's looking like the only way to keep the US functioning between now and a newly elected Congress would be for Biden to declare the debt limit unconstitutional and spend according to his last coherent instructions from Congress.
