Prognostication:

While he is the Attorney General, Merrick Garland will prosecute Mitch McConnel for some federal crime.
Ironically, Garland would not have had the ability to prosecute McConnel had Mitchy not blocked Obama's nomination of Garland for the SCOTUS.
