#leak I know the 21-year-old who leaked the info is to blame, but being someone who also held a TS-SCI-TK clearance I know that the computers that hold that kind of info are not supposed to have any way to copy or E-mail to any other network or have his phone available in a SCIF. So in a sense, he isn't the only person to blame. Sounds like procedures were broken to begin with. They need to look at the CO who was lax on security as well.
