Had eye exam a couple of months ago. Glasses and contacts finally came in. Sitting in the office to pick them up. Apparently, they want me to wear it first for them to look at before they'll give me what I already bought. Wastes their time, wastes my time, takes appoint time away from others. Also need a valid prescription in order to buy contacts...like it's some kind of drug...yet I can walk into walmart and buy as many reading glasses as I want and don't let me get started on hearing aids.😂
@trairong at least re: glasses, they probably want you to come in partly because there may be adjustments needed that they can do immediately in office. Thinking about times when my new pairs have come in and they've ran a machine to help adjust the ear pieces to fit me better, adjust the bridge for the nose, etc.
