There is absolutely no evidence that conservatives who oppose abortion do it out of an abundance of care and compassion for fetuses. What else, in their language, attitudes, or votes, has ever suggested that compassion motivates them for anything, or that they're working to benefit anybody but themselves? Whenever have they not stood behind self-righteous excuses for violence and aggression, or stood back from urges to dominate, oppress, or kill?

If abortion bothers you, and you really wish to reduce the number of abortions, here are things you can do:
* Support universal access to cheap or free contraception
* Support free healthcare for mothers and all women
* Support funding for mothers and care and education of children from birth to full adulthood
* Support universal childhood sex education
* Support increased access to education for women in general
* Oppose violence against women
* Oppose all forms of abuse, incest, and rape

Someone said feels like we are watching a bloodless coup in slow motion...I couldn't agree more.
The master plan is underway, right under our noses. They won’t fail next time.
