I'm not some health guru ...

I only speak about what works for me and why and how I came to those conclusions after 30+ years of no insurance, shitty doctors, having to become my own advocate and doing tons and tons of research.

I cannot speak for anyone else as far as what works for them and me talking about my health isn't me giving medical advice.

There are three primary things that I believe absolutely are crucial for overall health no matter who you are:

1. Understanding sleep (quality, types, duration)
2. Mental, spiritual, and emotional balance and regulation (peace of mind/removing stressors)
3. Exercise (of any kind)

These are important and focusing on them and putting them into practice is not easy for everyone.

Most people haven't the time, the focus, or the inclination to bother ... but they are the FOUNDATIONS of health.

-- allowed me to be able to do 1 and 3 without difficulty. It changed my entire outlook and understanding of my life and absolutely is a crucial component to how I manage daily functionality with and 2 autoimmune diseases.

Having the mind and body in harmony makes ALL the difference in quality of life.

Is it easy? Hell no.
Is it truth? Absolutely.
