"All irrational decisions are caused by emotion." says an early line in which just began it's second season.

I say this constantly. It's one of the core aspects of which was one of the foundations of early modern psychology. Applied psych is the focus of The Irrational.

Stoicism focuses on controlling "passions" - uncontrolled, irrational emotions - and prioritizing logic and reason which help you to determine the most appropriate emotion for a given circumstance.

Season 2 of is following where it left off and I'm glad about that.

The addition of Karen David's character of Rose was one of my favorite choices for the show. She adds that aspect of action and constant forward motion that regular viewers like about primetime television and she's epic.

She doesn't take away from anything and in fact adds to the chemistry that already exists between the characters. The best thing about The Irrational is the relationships.

This episode of focused on which are very common, if not ubiquitous, on social media.

I avoid people online and off who tend to spend 99% of their time in reactive or hot states. Such people are quite dangerous and often irrational.
