Well, well, well!!!! This is the first 90 for readiness that I have seen since June. My body is finally getting back to normal! And I'm feelin good 🎶
I had a latency of 13 minutes last night 🤣 So needless to say I heard the first chapter and a half of the new #JackLogan book and I was out like a light! 🤣
An hour and 42 minutes of deep sleep (23%) and my brain and body are loving that. ❤️ Today is going to be an amazing day.

After the vaccine on September 1st my body has been in a nasty spiral and struggle.
My doctor confirmed it was the 2 autoimmune diseases I have that were being overwhelmed by the vax. The #chronicfatigue and the HRV imbalances were really brutal to deal with so I didn't expect my #MonthlyInsights to be great.
This week has been the first week where I have had any strength back and I'm finally able to get back to my life. Next month I am determined to have better scores.
