This is something I have talked about for over 20 years on and off social media. Stress KILLS ... and that includes people who ADD stress DAILY to their lives by doomscrolling, seetheposting, arguing online, reading constantly depressive content, getting angry about everything, and carrying around negativity that they willingly invite into their lives by engaging with unhealthy people online. When I talk about proper sleep, meditation, stoicism, minding your business, self care ... people laugh.

I don't believe there is a way to completely eliminate stress from our lives ... you have to be HIGHLY privileged to be able to make the kind of necessary lifestyle changes to eliminate stress. I think that's an unrealistic dream ... BUT I do believe in better management, better awareness, more knowledge, and less downplaying the importance of mental, physical, and spiritual health and balance being necessary for a good life.

Unbalanced, angry, dysregulated people are BAD for everyone.
