One of my best and closest friends is working towards getting out of an incredibly abusive marriage... Not VERY physically YET.... She's determined and he's a massive narcissist and manipulative... He just realized she's changed the locks...
@theunabeefer Best of luck to your friend! Changing the locks is the right move.
@Rstrahs I've given her room on my Google drive to backup video/audio... I really wish I could afford a lawyer for her... They have a 5 year old that I'm sure has heard him yelling at her all night. She feels alone, and I can't help bum feel like a minimal help
@theunabeefer You should keep her on the phone, or maybe someone else on the phone. Even if nothing is said, there is comfort in knowing someone is there. Also, in the worst-case scenario, have her address and be prepared to call the police if needed, on another line. I tend to go to dark places in an effort of being prepared.
@Rstrahs I do need to get her address.... I'll be sure to ask. I appreciate everyone who is paying attention here. Last I heard is that she feels so empty and beaten down..

@theunabeefer I am just happy I wasn't overstepping my bounds and thinking outside of the box. You might not be physically there but you can be there in one form or other.
