@spacesloth Brown noise works pretty well once I finally enter that "okay I think I might can sleep now" state... The wife uses podcasts, but I'm the type that would stay awake having to listen to what's being said. Even music, I just want to listen to it, and it keeps me up.
I currently just sip whisky and zone out watching something I have seen already (currently Batman the Animated Series) until I can start to fade. Then I shove on brown noise videos on YouTube.
