A few observations from my year long #jobsearch:
LinkedIn is absolutely useless unless you are reaching out to your professional colleagues directly. Applying there is useless. Don't bother upgrading to Premium, unless you want access to some of their trainings.
Indeed has a solid search feature. Sometimes you have to dig, switch up search words, etc. But it's good.
Idealist.org is a good site for non profit positions.
And fully remote often means in the city they are located.

I am starting to consider a move away from the IT field. So volatile recently.
