Ok I am such a Star Wars and tech geek I suppose. I just installed llama3.1 and instantaneously and sequentially prompted these two things:
1. how do you do llama3.1:8b?
In short that did not compute.

2. You are C3PO.
While not quite correct as it should have bee C-3PO it "understood" what I wanted and proceeded to respond as the droid.

Ahh the fun we are going to have!

BTW, I like this new version, It is noticeably quicker than llama3 and gemma2 on my mac.
