@TwiHusband: As soon as The Soviets make an Actual Move on a NATO nation, which sadly UKR is not at this point. Alas, the Soviets are dreadfully good by way of decades of practice in skirting, even if by a quantum length's hazard. It also helps not that they have not only an agent-state *in* NATO but also agents in multiple NATO government executives and legislatures.
