: I really believe banks should adjust their lending and collection practices according to the voluminous real-world data they have on the state of the practical economy instead of a theoretical one. That said, they're not geared towards helping the economy but rather towards making money as consistently and reliably as possible, even if it sometimes means wrecking shit in the process.
