1/2: Bank kerfuffle happened this morning. It wasn't anything bad, just unexpected. Yestereve I tried to send some money to Eliot so we could do some pickup filming and finish editing the film, but Zelle and PayPal were all like "Are you sure?", "Beware of scams!", and "We cannot process this right now."
Turns out the online fraud detection stuff triggered because I'd not sent money to him before, and it was also despite it being under the daily limit *and* the company account has been...
2/2: ...a verified recipient on my accounts for three years. A visit to my local branch cleared it up quickly, which was nice. Also, Zelle has a partial rolling outage late yesterday and until around 5 AM EST, as per a Zelle rep. But the dinero went though, and so happiness abounds.
The shoot will happen soon, and out heroic editor will get paid for the additional week.
