: T-Mobile is sending a replacement internet gateway to me, seeing as how the one I've had since February has gone kaput and become only intermittently reliable.
They didn't hem and haw about it either. The dude just said, "Lemme take a look at the gateway logs," and then less than a minute later he said (and I paraphrase), yeah, that's fucked. So replacement is going to be delivered Monday morning by 11 AM.
