: I know more than a few folks, including friends, who since college got around to reading about Marx and Guevara, their actual biographies and verified first-hand accounts of the lives of both men, no longer adore and admire them. They learned that both men were hypocritical asswipes and "deeply problematic".
@thedisasterautist The fact that Castro dumped Che gives us some insight. For a bit of background on Che's early influences, if you haven't already watched it, Motorcycle Diaries is an excellent film.
