@thedisasterautist The straightforward approach would be a court order that forbids him from talking about them. Any violation would be contempt of court and he'd get sent to jail.

But as you said, he's not quite all there any more. He thinks he can get away with it because Trump gets away with it. Judgment Day is coming for both of them.

@WordsmithFL: Yeah, but wouldn't that require a DA and state charges, not a civil suit? Maybe he will be seen to cross the line into aggressive harassment and even stalking.

@thedisasterautist Any judge can issue an order that, if violated, can be used to arrest a person for contempt. If it were me, I'd go to the current judge.

@thedisasterautist Their attorney was on last night's Maddow. He said the lawsuit was to get the judge to issue an injunction that would order Giuliani to stop talking about them. So they're going in the direction we surmised.
