: As #Aspies we get accustomed early on in life to getting had. It's practically a gift given to us by evolution. Eventually, if we work on it some, we glean the patterns, down to the minutiae and even smoller. Eye movement, inflection, word choices, (in)consistency, and more *and* how they are play in various situations, and we do it by reflex. We see the needle before we see the haystack.
Yeah, it makes us hard to be around for a lot of people.
