2/2: ...portion of people with personal boundaries tend frequently to react poorly to the behavior of people, including and often especially strangers, that they haven't informed at all of their personal boundaries.
This often leads to immediate, sometimes terribly disproportionate knee-jerk reactions/retaliations and/or an IRL social and/or social media smearing of the offender and sometimes entire demographic populations.

3/2: ...malicious insults, trolling, stalking, and such but common social interactions and topics such as politics, use of swear words, casual terms of address, religion, and any number of other social and cultural topics or subtopics, as well as whether or not people agree on such things.
Emotional self-awareness and self-regulation often plays a part in the equation, as do attitudes towards other people, i.e., as people or at objects.
Humans are weird.
