I don't think I'll be lasting much longer on Twitter.
The sad part is losing the disability community on there.
But lately, it's gotten so negative that merely checking notifications and seeing my timeline leaves me feeling anxious.

@katieevelynxo @theclevertwit Honestly I've found the community here to be small, but very welcoming. I always felt too intimidated to engage that much with the community on Twitter.

I find all you need to do is follow that hashtag and you'll constantly find new folks posting to it--just like how I found both of you. 😊

@athenacooper @katieevelynxo you build the quality of community yourselves. It’s like the pioneering days of Twitter… a wagon train of accounts, heading West, to find their digital soapbox where they could rant free. Then that greedy transplant Texan and his propaganda pals drove us out of our digital agora.

You’re safer here. Plus trolls can’t spell

@theclevertwit @katieevelynxo I heartily agree with this sentiment and I’m genuinely looking forward to this fresh start.

@theclevertwit @athenacooper LOL! Good point- there have been *so* many trolls lately over on the bird app. It feels much safer here, and overall much kinder. I'm grateful to have found CoSo, and I've really noticed how much calmer I feel when I'm on here. Thank you for your help! 😊
