@Helical_Code More uncomfortable that anything if you know what I mean. Still a little pain at the insertion sites but nothing even requiring an OTC painkiller. The weirdest is the feeling of something that isn't me inside of me. That and my legs getting blood again which is also a weird feeling.
But I've had cyst removals that were more painful and had a longer recovery. Truly impressive.

Given how much is still out of the reach of medicine and science, I'm always delighted to hear good stories! I hope you adjust quickly to the "enhanced" you. Sometimes the brain does a good job of reframing the new reality - kind of like with "floaters" (protein aggregates in the vitreous fluid).

@Helical_Code Thanks! No doubt. I'm already noticing a serious improvement in my mobility. And the "uncomfortableness" is already getting normal.

@testamonk I think the science of any procedure is so interesting. I have had some procedures relating to breast cancer, and I always documented them. I asked a lot of questions so I understood to some degree what the test or procedure did. So, what are Kissing stents for?

@NMWoman I try to learn JUST enough because of how complicated it is. 🤔
So, "kissing stents" apparently are used when the block is next to the arterial branch. If they only stent one side then they other side of the branch will collapse so they have to stent both. So they stents "kiss" I guess. Medical science is just so crazy.

@testamonk Thanks for explaining it. Good luck with the treatment.

Laparoscopic surgery for the win, I think. How are you feeling?
