It's been SO much work getting MIL's house ready for sale. I'm exhausted but in the best possible way. The estate sale starts tomorrow, then in quick succession comes painting, photography and the listing goes live. It finally feels real! So many emotions. Closing this chapter in our lives and opening the next one.

@Brisse They are pricing everything today. I have no idea what any of that will go for but I looked up those old trains on eBay and they weren't as expensive as I thought.
And there's a stenograph machine from the 1940s, and a steamer trunk that's 100-ish years old. In-laws were hoarders and we didn't even know it!
@tdotrob Well I'm in Florida till next week anyways 😂 I've always wanted a train set but I looked in the hobby shop and they were 200+ for a starter set and it's like... nope! I don't have that kind of money.
