Really easy.
You simply make a shepherd's pie exactly the same way but switch out the meat for beans and lentils and use vegetable stock.
Oh! yes :) I make this often actually!! you know what I actually use the fake meat crumbles! I do love beans and lentils, but I prefer the fake meat crumbles for the texture!! @stueytheround
