Today we visited SS Great Britain, I.K. Brunel's famous ironclad steam liner. The first of her kind to be driven by propellor rather than paddles.

The glass ceiling above the dry dock has a water feature. This is what it looks like from below. A fish's eye view.

1. Honestly! She should have joined the navy.
2. This system disengages the propellor and lifts it out of the water to reduce drag when using sail power. It's really impressive!
