I have a theory about this...take it for the salt it's worth.
From a self preservation/biological view, a fully unclothed man (particularly one I don't know) can be a dangerous and threatening thing.
A partially clothed man isn't as much of a threat and I can stand back and enjoy the view.
Or maybe I'm just full of shit? 😂
