Just took delivery of a 420-800mm f4.5-f16 zoom lens for my Nikon.
Chinese made and less than £100 we are not talking pro-quality, but the 'nothing but 5* reviews' on Amazon made me think it worth a try.
Heading out to the local bird hide later to try it out.

Not familiar with that manufacturer. What they coat the lens elements with can be a HUGE thing at those focal lengths. So can Chromatic and Spherical Aberations
Certainly not expecting awesome results but I have always wanted to try wildlife photography and it helps being a bit further away.
Rain started earlier so will be trying tomorrow now!
