...as opposed to stepping on a rake and getting a bloody nose with your consumers in the first few days.

@steelhoof Goodness, yes. Beyond that specific individual, I run into that a shocking amount with certain product companies and especially executives at companies I do consulting for. No one has ever told them they're wrong, so they keep blithely stepping on rakes and yelling at everyone around them.

My best stories here will need to wait until I'm not on my phone, but... Yes. Money and power so often lead to shocking blindness.
