Maintenance arrived FINALLY, 90 minutes ago, but they're stumped as to what's going on. They put a space heater on my pipes so they don't freeze (it's 1° w/o wind chill), and one in my bedroom for now. Oven is open and running and we got it up to 67. Still trying to get ahold of a heating company, very hard to do at 11:45pm. 😩 #FirstWorldProblems

@nopuppet_007 The on-call maintenance guy apologized profusely for the company's slow response. He did the best he could until we can get a heating company here later today. I'm going to get some sleep, then call them when I'm up and coherent.
