@snyde21: That's how that Rich Dad, Poor Dad guy is so rich. He says himself it's because of the tax code, and he confesses he has loads of debt and very little money. What he has is leverage to get loans for business so that he can have a success and make money *before* the bills come due, and even if the bills come due before that, that's not his problem.

It isn't that increased taxation would prevent people from becoming wealthy. It's that it'd reduce such legal and economic fraud.
